City Council Decision

City Council on September 28, 2022, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council affirm its decision to state its intention to designate the properties at 1196 (including entrance addresses at 1198 Yonge Street and 2 Birch Avenue), 1202 and 1204 Yonge Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act as set out in its previous decision on Item 2022.CC47.39 on July 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2022.

 

2. City Council affirm its decision to state its intention to designate the properties at 1206, 1208 and 1210 Yonge Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act as set out in its previous decision on Item 2022.CC47.39 on July 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2022.

 

3. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to introduce the necessary bills in City Council designating the properties at 1196-1204 and 1206-1210 Yonge Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
